Bench Press and upper body assistance

It's been a while since I felt this DOMS'd up after a training session but my glutes, hams, adductors, and traps are still pretty fired up from my squat/deadlift session on Tuesday.  The soreness didn't affect my bench but it did put the kibosh on any lower body assistance work tonight.

I upped my paused work set weight to 275 and was able to get in some decent volume.  I'll keep working with this weight until I can get 25 reps in 5 sets or fewer.  After benches, I super-setted bar dips and barbell rows.  My lower back didn't particularly care for the barbell rows but it loosened up by the time I was in the car driving home.

Bench Press:  135x10, 185x10, all reps paused from here, 225x5, 255x3, 275x5, 275x5, 275x4, 275x3, 275x3

Bar Dips:  10, 10, 8
Barbell Rows:  135x15, 155x12, 155x12

A low volume day, almost more like an active recovery day in terms of overall body stress.
