Overhead Press and accessory work

Overhead presses felt stronger today, got three sets of 5 with my work weight for the first time in a while.  Was pressed for time to finish up the rest of my work but the unintended density training worked well.  I actually have to work on cramming more work into shorter periods of time.  I can tell my work capacity is better now than it was two months ago but I have a long ways to go.

Overhead Press:  45x10, 95x10, 135x5, 185x5, 185x5, 185x5

High Bar Squats:  135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5

Bench Press:  135x10, 185x10, all reps paused from here, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5

Pull Ups:  5, 5, 5  (full and partial reps)

Kirk Shrugs:  135x10, 185x8, 185x8

I finished the last 11 sets in just over 15 minutes, not quite twice as fast as I'd normally do them.  Felt good to up the tempo.
