Working around some aches and pains

Today was supposed to be squat and deadlift day.  I had planned on working up to a single and a back off set for squats and then spend some energy on some deadlifts.  I've been spending most of my energy on my squat so I figured my deadlift was due for some maintenance work.  Whoever said that thing about "the best laid plans of mice and men..." was on point since my back didn't feel like going along with the plan.  I don't know if my back pain is my back, my SI joint, or some aggravation due to tight psoas and rectus femoris but the net result was there was going to be no heavy pulling today.

I tried but my last warm-up with 455 was nothing but warning signs.  Although I was frustrated, I took advantage of the opportunity to do some barbell rows and kirk shrugs.  I also continued my bicep therapy with some more EZ-bar curls.  They feel much better than straight bar curls and don't cause any irritation in my shoulders.  My left arm still has a lot of weakness and there is some pain when curling but it's a good kind of pain.  Feels like clearing out some cobwebs.  I'll keep slowly increasing the intensity and volume until things feel like they're back to normal.

Squats: 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, add belt, 315x5, add wrist wraps, 365x3, 405x3, 455x1, 365x8

Deadlifts:  315x3, 405x3, 455x1

Barbell Rows:  225x6, 225x8, 225x8

Kirk Shrugs:  225x6, 225x6, 225x6

EZ bar curls:  75x8, 95x6, 115x3, 75x10
