Bench Press and still sore back day

I decided I'm going to move my deadlift sets to Bench Press day but that will have to start next week because my back is still too sore to deadlift anything.  Normally I would medicate with copious amounts of ibuprofen but I'm going to let it run its course without training through it for at least the next week or so.

At least my bench press is unaffected so I was able to get in some good work tonight.  Total volume over the primary work sets was better than last week and things feel good.  I was also able to hit the curls a little harder than the previous workout.  My left arm is slowly starting to come around.

Bench Press:  135x10, 185x10, all reps paused from here, 225x5, 255x3, add wrist wraps, 275x5, 295x4, 295x3, 285x4, 285x4, 285x4

Pull Ups:  5, 5, 5

Kirk Shrugs:  225x6, 225x6, 225x6    these are starting to improve slightly.  Arms are starting to adapt so shoulders and traps starting to get a workout.

EZ bar curls:  75x8, 95x8, 95x8   almost able to push these sets
