Week 4, Day 2, quad day

This week I'll be on a 3 on, 1 off schedule.  Sorta like a bodybuilding split except not really since I still can't hit the kind of training volume or intensity necessary.  Still, things are improving and volume and intensity is improving with every session.

Squats:  45x5, 225x5, 275x5, low bar, add belt, 315x5, add wrist wraps, 365x5, 365x6, 365x6

Leg Extensions:   130x10, 140x10, 150x8, 140x8

Close stance smith machine squats:  180x10, 230x6, 230x6

Quads got a good pump and were pretty wrecked at the end so I guess that's progress.
