Week 7, Day 2, deadlifts, bench presses and quad assistance

My back was feeling much better today so I was able to do a little deadlift work.  I haven't deadlifted since May 22nd so things felt a little heavier than they normally would.  That combined with a tender back made my reps more cautious than usual.

After deadlifts, I did some lower intensity bench presses touch and go style at a slightly higher rep range. These felt good, especially after bench pressing heavier two days ago.  I would normally have done some upper back and arm work to finish but the stuff I needed to use was busy so I did some leg extensions and continuous tension leg presses instead.  I'll try to get in the back and arm work on Saturday if I'm able to make it into the gym.

Deadlifts:  315x5, 405x3, 455x3, add belt, 505x3, 505x3

Bench Press:  all reps touch and go, 185x8, 225x8, 245x8, 245x7, 245x5

Leg extensions:  140x10, 150x10, 150x10

Leg press:  360x20, 450x15, 450x15
