11 weeks out, Day 3 bench press

9/10/2014, Wednesday morning, bench press, session #10 of the month

Heavy bench presses, 3 paused doubles with 315 and 5 paused doubles with 295.  Felt pretty good in the morning, I definitely think things will be pretty much normal by next week.  The minor hamstring pull from Tuesday morning's sumo deadlift session was still there but didn't affect my bench pressing at all.  It was pretty sore though.  My plan to substitute conventional deadlifts for sumo deadlifts may go from just tomorrow's session to maybe the next 2-3 sessions.

Bench Press:  all reps paused, 135x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x3, add wrist wraps, 285x3, 315x2x3 sets, 295x2x5 sets

Incline dumbbell press:  75x15, 85x12, 85x10

Lateral raises supersetted with rear delt raises:  25x10/25x10  x 3 sets

Hammer curls:  50x6x3 sets

Rope Pushdowns:  60x12, 60x10, 60x8
