12 weeks out, Day 2, bench press

Well, made it into the gym for my morning session.  So far so good.  Bench presses were a little off compared to my normal afternoon/evening training time but I think that will come with getting used to training in the morning.

Bench Press:  all reps paused, 135x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x5, add wrist wraps, 285x5, 285x3, 285x3, 285x3, 285x3, 285x4

DB hammer curls:  40x10, 45x8, 45x6

Lateral raises:  20x10, 20x10, 20x10

Rear delt raises:  super-setted with lateral raises, 20x10, 20x10

Rope Pushdowns:  60x15, 60x10, 60x8
