9 weeks out, Day 3, bench press

I was up late last night doing some food prep so I slept in and benched in the evening.  Despite weighing in at 232 yesterday, I weighed 231 this morning.  I guess the "whoosh" lasted longer than I thought.  I'm also thinking that maybe I was slightly dehydrated this morning, if not, then I'm losing weight a little faster than I had planned.  I can only assume that since my work weights haven't gone down that I haven't dieted off much muscle but I definitely want to avoid it if possible.  If I weigh 232-233 tomorrow morning than I'll know it was just some hydration rebound.

My heavy work sets of paused bench press were really good tonight.  I guess being fully awake makes a difference.  It was probably a set or two of extra volume too much to do on a regular basis but it hit the spot tonight.

Bench press:  all reps paused, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 255x3, add wrist wraps, 285x3, 315x2x5 sets, 295x3x3 sets

Dips:  bwt x 10, +25x8, +25x8, +25x7

Lateral raise/rear delt raise superset:  35x6/35x6 x 3 sets
